What's great and what's not

Fantastic location! Close to beaches and main attractions. The room was comfortable with a good view of the gardens, and breakfast offered lots of variety, setting us up nicely for the day.

The evening entertainment left a lot to be desired. It felt quite mediocre. There were occasional delays at the bar.

Excellent position near centre.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff Would definitly stay again when returning to Salou

-located in a quiet place -good food -convenient underground parking (90 euros for 6 days) -room renovated and optimal size -excellent air conditioning -large balcony with furniture -free internet access in public areas. -walk to the beach for about 10-15 min, but we went by car to the beach to the south in the direction of Cambrills

-tableware in a restaurant is not always clear -sun beds by the pool is not enough for everyone -bar was no good

Well located within walk distance to Beach,, yet quiet from the Main traffic area, Hotel offers activities for families vacation. Staff friendly Specially 'Veronica' front Desk.. Large size bathroom, making it convenience for 2 people.. Close to shops and Beaches.. Would stay here again.

The mini fridge was barely adiquate..and not very cold..

The entertainment team was fantastic, especially Rica and Daniella, who got the kids involved and even added some fun to the adult activities without being pushy.

The food options were quite limited, leading us to eat out more often than anticipated.

The pool was in the shade in the morning which meant that I didn't have to worry about the kids getting burnt. The staff were all very friendly and there is a big selection of food in the restaurant which means there is something for everyone. We found that the drinks in the hotel were cheap which is great when you have kids with you. A big bottle of water at dinner was €2.00 and a bottle of the house wine was €7.00.

The only problem I had was the show cooking. You had to queue for a long time to get the food. Most of the time you would not bother, the queue was too long.

Absolutely did not like the food at the hotel. Two breakfasts that we had were terrible!

Nothing at all. Living at this hotell is a misstake.

Do not book this hotell. I have never encountered a worse hotell with poorer service. The staff was unfriendly and unwilling to help with even minor things. The 4 star is a joke. Bad breakfast and noisy road nextdoors. I have lived better and been serviced better at 2star hotells.

Only stayed 3 nights but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception and the pool crew were the people we came in contact with most and they were excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from attractions and the beach. The staff was cute, with a special mention for the lunch chef who provided really good service. The food quality was disappointing. Breakfast was poor, and lunch options often consisted of lukewarm hot dogs and burgers. The air conditioning was ineffective, leading to uncomfortable nights for the family. Although the room was spacious, the view was less than ideal.
